Collection: High Proof Razor

The High Proof Razor Company was founded by David Ellig and Andy Auble, who both live in Montana in the United States.

David was tired of low-quality razors that left him with ingrown hairs and skin irritation, so he decided to make his own razor. The result was High Proof: a lightweight and incredibly sleek razor made from extremely high-quality aluminum.

What makes the High Proof razor unique is that it has a flexible head, uses a single half-blade (or a DE blade snapped in half), and the blade is incredibly easy to install—simply lift the magnetic top plate. It’s also a magnet that provides the resistance for the flexible head—so there are no mechanical parts that can break or require any other kind of maintenance.
